Aquatech is offering an exciting
outdoor educational employment opportunity for local high school
students. This is an opportunity for students to learn swimming
pool operation and care, gain experience in customer service and
business operations, and earn money.
Students will care for swimming pools
in their local neighborhood area. They will test and adjust water
chemistry, clean and vacuum pools, assist customers in understanding how
to make their particular pool as safe, healthy and energy efficient as
possible.
Aquatech will supply addresses of pool owners in a selected neighborhood
and will assist with the initial customer contact and inspection
of the pool. Training and
support will be provided by Aquatech. Pool supplies and chemicals will
be delivered and invoiced through Aquatech.
We expect that students will take responsibility for most of the
Marketing, Sales, Training and Customer Service operations of this
program. Ultimately students can gain valuable business experience by
managing aspects of this business as if it was their own.
Aquatech will provide payroll, customer billing, liability and workmen's
compensation insurance.
